Formación

  • 2-4 years in growth or performance marketing, ideally in B2B, SaaS, or fintech environments.
  • Track record of success managing digital acquisition and funnel optimization.
  • Experience building and optimizing lifecycle marketing in HubSpot.
  • Ability to balance creative ideation with analytical execution.

Role at a Glance

The Growth Marketing Specialist will drive customer acquisition through a combination of performance marketing, content strategy, and CRM optimization.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on experimentation, is data-obsessed, and enjoys working across the entire funnel—from paid campaigns to post-click optimization and lead nurturing.

Core Responsibilities
  • Launch, manage, and scale paid acquisition campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
  • Own and execute tactical content needs such as campaign briefs, copy testing, and landing page variants, aligned to conversion goals.
  • Optimize HubSpot for campaign performance—lifecycle stages, workflows, lead scoring, and attribution.
  • Partner with Sales and RevOps to improve lead quality and handoff.
  • Own and report on key growth metrics like CPL, CAC, conversion rate, and lead quality.
  • Run A / B tests to iterate on messaging, audiences, landing pages, and creative.
