Position : Growth Marketer (Outbound / ABM)

About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Growth Marketer to design and execute outbound campaigns targeting senior IT decision makers at mid‑market companies.
The role requires full ownership of execution — from targeting and sequences to content creation, campaign management, and performance reporting.

What You'll Do
- Build and maintain targeted account lists (Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo).
- Create and run LinkedIn outreach sequences targeting CIOs and IT leaders.
- Implement direct mail tactics or creative outreach to secure meetings.
- Produce practical, high‑value assets (playbooks, guides, checklists) for outreach and nurturing.
- Leverage personalized formats (short videos, one‑pagers, briefs) tied to CIO pain points.
- Use website deanonymization tools (Rb2B, Vector, Clearbit Reveal) to identify anonymous visitors and trigger follow‑ups.
- Run smart retargeting campaigns for ICPs visiting solution, pricing, or integration pages.
- Track KPIs, attribution, and pipeline impact.
- Continuously test, iterate, and optimize campaigns based on booked meetings and engagement.
Must‑Have Requirements
- Proven B2B outbound experience targeting VP / C‑level decision makers in mid‑market companies.
- Mastery of LinkedIn automation tools (LinkedHelper, Waalaxy, Expandi, PhantomBuster).
- Skilled in data enrichment (Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo).
- Familiarity with ABM / deanonymization tools (Rb2B, Vector, Clearbit Reveal).
- Advanced English communication skills (spoken & written).
- Independent campaign execution across multiple channels.
Nice‑to‑Haves
- Prior B2B SaaS experience.
- Experience engaging IT leaders / CIOs directly.
- HubSpot knowledge (CRM, automation).
- Experience with AI marketing tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.).
