About the Role

We are seeking a hands‑on Growth Marketer to design and execute outbound campaigns targeting senior IT decision makers at mid‑market companies. The role requires full ownership of execution — from targeting and sequences to content creation, campaign management, and performance reporting. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast‑paced environment where you will work closely with leadership, but be trusted to operate independently and drive measurable results.

What You’ll Do
  • Build and maintain targeted account lists (Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo).
  • Create and run LinkedIn outreach sequences targeting CIOs and IT leaders.
  • Implement direct mail tactics or creative outreach to secure meetings.
  • Produce practical, high‑value assets (playbooks, guides, checklists) for outreach and nurturing.
  • Leverage personalized formats (short videos, one‑pagers, briefs) tied to CIO pain points.
  • Use website deanonymization tools (Rb2B, Vector, Clearbit Reveal) to identify anonymous visitors and trigger follow‑ups.
  • Run smart retargeting campaigns for ICPs visiting solution, pricing, or integration pages.
  • Track KPIs, attribution, and pipeline impact.
  • Continuously test, iterate, and optimize campaigns based on booked meetings and engagement.
Must‑Have Requirements
  • Proven B2B outbound experience targeting VP / C‑level decision makers in mid‑market companies.
  • Mastery of LinkedIn automation tools (LinkedHelper, Waalaxy, Expandi, PhantomBuster).
  • Skilled in data enrichment (Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo).
  • Familiarity with ABM / deanonymization tools (Rb2B, Vector, Clearbit Reveal).
  • Advanced English communication skills (spoken & written).
  • Independent campaign execution across multiple channels.
Nice‑to‑Haves
  • Prior B2B SaaS experience.
  • Experience engaging IT leaders / CIOs directly.
  • HubSpot knowledge (CRM, automation).
  • Experience with AI marketing tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.).
