About the Role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with strong marketing design experience to support our digital and brand initiatives.

This role is ideal for a designer who understands how visuals drive engagement, conversion, and brand consistency across multiple marketing channels.

The ideal candidate has a solid portfolio demonstrating web design, social media content, and email design, and can collaborate closely with marketing stakeholders while working standard MST business hours (9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM).

Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing-focused visuals for: Websites and landing pages
• Social media content (static posts, carousels, promotional graphics)
• Email marketing campaigns and newsletters
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate campaign goals into effective visual assets
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels and marketing materials
• Adapt designs based on performance feedback, creative direction, and campaign requirements
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Prepare assets for digital distribution across web, social, and email platforms

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing-focused graphic design
• Web and landing page design
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and branding
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar)
• Ability to take feedback, iterate quickly, and deliver polished final assets
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Must be available to work Mountain Standard Time (MST), 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
• This is a mandatory requirement.

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Experience with video, animation, or motion graphics
• Experience designing product, apparel, or apparel-related graphics
