A global nutrition company is seeking an experienced UAT Specialist to support User Acceptance Testing in Tlaquepaque, Jalisco. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in English and Spanish, possess excellent software testing skills, and have a strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. You will engage with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of enhancements and define customer requirements. This dynamic role requires effective communication and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• At least 3 to 5 years of working experience with software testing and quality assurance.
• Hands-on software troubleshooting experience and ability to conduct research into software-related issues.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with cross-functional teams to analyze enhancement requests.
• Responsible for functional testing application software.
• Define customer requirements and communicate effectively.

Conocimientos

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish

Excellent communication skills

Understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodology

Experience in digital products

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in business or Information Technology
