This autonomous role involves defining and delivering change management programs for high-profile clients globally. The ideal candidate will have substantial change management experience and expertise in the recruitment industry. Responsibilities include developing strategies, leading change initiatives, and collaborating with global teams. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential. The position may require occasional travel.

Formación

• Solid experience in the recruitment industry, agency/MSP/RPO/SOW or significant internal TA experience.
• Large amount of change management experience.
• Experience leading change management initiatives for large organizations.
• Excellent understanding of change management principles and frameworks.
• Understanding of project delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Define change management strategies and coach change sponsors.
• Develop change leadership roadmaps, impact, and stakeholder analysis.
• Plan and execute communications and engagement strategies.
• Lead change management workstreams and educate colleagues.
