Fast-growing company undergoing international expansion is seeking its next Global Operations Director.

🎯 Mission

The Global Operations Director will be responsible for designing, leading, and scaling the company's international operations across LATAM and Asia, ensuring the continuity, efficiency, and resilience of high-volume transactional structures.

This leadership role will not only guarantee operational excellence but will also serve as the engine for digital transformation and process automation, applying AI to optimize costs, timelines, and the overall customer experience.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Direct international operations with a 24/7 focus, processing over 10,000 daily transactions under high security and compliance standards.
• Lead digital transformation projects, automation, and AI implementation (RPA, ML, Big Data) applied to operational processes.
• Ensure continuity and scalability of operations in LATAM and Asia, managing high-performance multicultural teams.
• Optimize processes, improving efficiency, profitability, and response time indicators.
• Collaborate closely with the C‑Suite to align operational strategy with the global business vision.
• Guarantee financial discipline in operations, with a direct impact on EBITDA and sustainability.

✅ Candidate Profile

• Over 15 years of experience in operations, preferably within Financial Services, Banking, Fintech, or Insurance.
• Previous experience in leadership roles such as COO, Operations Director, Deputy Director of Operations, or Sr. Operations Manager.
• Proven track record in high-scale transactional operations (10k+ daily).
• Expertise in advanced financial analysis, cost optimization, and strategic business vision.
• Experience leading central operations (global/corporate level), rather than strictly regional roles.
• Bilingual: Spanish – English (a third language is a plus).
• Education: MBA or Master’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Administration, or related fields.
• Certifications in AI, Digital Transformation, Automation, or Lean Six Sigma are a significant plus.
• Willingness to relocate.
