Global Marketing Project Manager, New Models

Arrow’s Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) is a global technology enablement company that brings innovative IT solutions to market to solve complex business challenges. We deliver value-added distribution, business consulting and channel enablement services to the world’s leading technology manufacturers and their channel partners that serve commercial and government markets. The Arrow ECS North American marketing team is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Marketing Project Specialist. This position will play a crucial role in coordinating, organizing, and leading marketing campaigns for our supplier-clients. You will work closely with internal teams and our external business partners.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Global Marketing Project Manager to oversee and streamline marketing processes for new models across our global organization. This role serves as the central point of contact for managing marketing fund processes, ensuring compliance with guidelines, and fostering collaboration among global, regional, and local stakeholders.

What You Will Be Doing at Arrow:

• Act as the primary liaison for managing and coordinating marketing fund processes related to new models, ensuring seamless communication across global teams.
• Gather and review marketing plans from local countries and partners, ensuring strict adherence to new models guidelines and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to evaluate and approve marketing plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and compliance requirements.
• Collect and validate required proof of execution from local teams and partners, ensuring compliance with Arrow New Models guidelines.
• Work closely with the Finance organization to support quarterly funding payments across the global Arrow ECS organization, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.

• Proven experience in global marketing project management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of marketing fund processes and compliance guidelines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in working with finance teams for funding processes.
• Strong B2B marketing experience, ideally within the technology industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Work Arrangement:

• Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days' work from home
