The candidate will collaborate with the Talent Management team and business leaders to analyze learning needs, conduct assessments, and deliver aligned learning solutions. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, at least 8 years of relevant experience, and expertise in instructional design. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing the organization's learning and development efforts.

Formación

• Minimum of 8 years experience in Organizational Development or related Human Resources discipline required.
• Experience in managing learning program design and delivery.
• Ability to influence and build relationships with business leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct learning needs assessments and present solutions to leadership.
• Design and implement learning solutions aligned with competencies.
• Manage relationships with external resources for learning solutions.
