This program is designed to provide an in-depth understanding of our core business, culture, and operations, empowering you to drive organizational capability, build world‑class teams, and ensure our people strategy accelerates our global growth.
1. Global Talent Program : Beijing Headquarters Rotation (6–12 Months) – Immerse yourself in the core operations, culture, and leadership network of our global business.
2. Strategic HR Partnership & Business Insight – Translate business strategies in international markets (e.g., Southeast Asia, Europe, North America, Middle East) into actionable people strategies.
3. Talent Engine & Pipeline Development – Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for critical roles in supply chain, warehouse management, cross‑border logistics, and localized operations.
4. Organizational Effectiveness & Team Activation – Diagnose and optimize organizational structures and processes to enhance collaboration and performance in cross‑cultural settings.
5. Global Culture & Employee Experience – Champion JD's corporate culture and foster an open, agile, and inclusive team environment across regions.
