This role involves tracking compliance and performance, stakeholder communication, and proposing improvements to enhance program efficiency. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in recruitment management and be proficient in Excel and PowerBI. English fluency is required, along with flexibility in working hours across multiple time zones.

Formación

• 3+ years of RPO, recruitment management, or MSP experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerBI.
• Experience working in a global team environment preferred.
• Flexibility of working hours required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Contingent Worker Tracking Program.
• Manage Supplier Engagement & Performance Monitoring.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders.
• Escalate issues to leadership and HR.
• Propose enhancements for the programme.
