Program Overview

Our Global Sales and Services organization is actively recruiting Professional Sales Associates for our 2026 Sales Genesis Program. The program includes a four-month training course in Milford, OH, followed by a three-to-four-month assignment in Mexico City on a fixed-term contract, with the possibility of full-time employment after successful completion.

Responsibilities
  • Improve verbal and written communication skills
  • Enhance presentation skills
  • Gain knowledge in the Digital Enterprise portfolio
  • Learn our Go-To-Market Sales Strategy
  • Implement SVS and Challenger sales methods in opportunities
  • Qualify interest within different industries and product domains
  • Facilitate successful meeting plans
  • Present the Digital Enterprise value statements to enterprise customers
  • Support efforts to strengthen relationships with important customers
  • Educate customers on features, functions, and business benefits of SISW products and solutions
  • Answer questions on capabilities and usage and address sales and customer problems
  • Establish enterprise account management strategies
  • Deploy negotiation tactics throughout a sales opportunity
  • Contribute to responses to customer Requests for Proposals / Requests for Information
  • Network with the extended sales organization
  • Utilize extended sales support teams
  • Understand licensing offerings
  • Participate in the sales process to facilitate software sales
  • Apply knowledge of customer business needs, engineering and manufacturing processes, industry best practices, and competitive differentiation
Requirements
  • Recent college graduate with a degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics Engineering or similar
  • Knowledge of engineering processes for design, product development and manufacturing
