Overview

NTT DATA seeks a Help Desk Associate (Full Time) to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. The role involves providing general Level 1 (L1) support for hardware, MS Office packages, and in‑house applications.

Responsibilities
  • Provide L1 support for hardware and MS Office packages.
  • Offer advanced technical support for in‑house applications and developments.
  • Answer technical support calls, providing assistance and escalating to other support groups as needed.
  • Respond to email‑generated support requests or reports.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and detailed descriptions of customer incidents and requests.
  • Apply diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions to resolve failures.
Qualifications
  • Availability to work 45 hours per week.
  • Interest in working afternoon/night shifts.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Experience in an IT environment.
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience.
