A cloud-based platform provider seeks a highly-motivated Full Cycle Recruiter to help expand their team in LATAM. This fully-remote position requires candidates located in Mexico, where you’ll build relationships with hiring managers and manage a seamless recruiting process. The ideal candidate has 5 years of experience, strong communication skills, and is adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

The JumpCloud Talent Attraction team is looking for a highly-motivated fully-remote Mexico-based Full Cycle Recruiter to expand the JumpCloud team in LATAM and help build a world class team that is reimagining the Directory space. You’ll be working with a wide range of executives and people leaders across the organization to determine hiring needs and foster a referral-friendly environment. We are eager to upgrade our team with a self-driven recruiter who manages change smoothly while maintaining a great attitude.

The Full Cycle Recruiter will be instrumental in scaling JumpCloud by sourcing engaging and screening high-impact talent across various functions. Operating remotely in Mexico and reporting to Michelle Hays this role is critical for building the teams that will define JumpCloud’s future growth. You will be responsible for creating strong relationships with hiring managers and optimizing our highly efficient hiring processes to ensure the timely delivery of top performers.

Responsibilities
  • To source, review, engage, and screen sales, marketing, legal, professional services, customer success, finance, and operations candidates for our rapidly growing organization
  • Drive candidates through the recruiting cycle keeping our ATS up to date at all times
  • Engage with Hiring Managers on hiring needs while maintaining full responsibility for assigned roles
  • Create and manage job postings and offer approvals
  • Create an exceptional candidate experience for all potential JumpCloudians
Qualifications
  • 5 years of recruiting experience
  • Ability to manage change effectively and to work successfully in a fast-paced environment
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to work on a variety of roles (marketing, customer success, technical support, sales, finance, etc) simultaneously
  • Agency experience preferred

This role is remote in the country of Mexico. You must be located in and authorized to work in Mexico to be considered for this role.

Language

JumpCloud has teams in 15 countries around the world and conducts our internal business in English. The interview and any additional screening process will take place primarily in English.
