The role

We’re looking for a Frontend Developer with at least 3 years of experience in React and Next.js, who is comfortable working on a product already in production and collaborating closely with backend, product, and design.

This role is not execution-only: we expect technical judgment, informed opinions, and autonomy to make reasonable decisions around frontend and UX, always aligned with business goals and team culture.

What you’ll do

• Develop and maintain web interfaces using React and Next.js
• Implement frontend features on top of existing APIs (REST)
• Collaborate with backend to define clear and efficient contracts
• Propose UX/UI improvements based on experience, data, or feedback
• Make frontend technical decisions (libraries, patterns, structure) with judgment
• Improve frontend performance, accessibility, and maintainability
• Work in an iterative environment with constant change and learning

What we’re looking for:

Technically:

• Solid experience with React / TypeScript
• Real-world experience with Next.js (SSR, routing, data fetching, etc.)
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design
• Experience consuming REST APIs and WebSockets
• Experience working with existing codebases (not only greenfield)

• Autonomy to research, propose, and decide
• Genuine interest in UX and improving user experience
• Ability to balance speed and quality
• Strong communication with backend and product profiles
• Comfort working in small, remote teams

• Experience with AWS services for frontend
• Knowledge of frontend testing
