This role focuses on financial planning and analysis to optimize supply chain operations. Candidates should possess a relevant bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in financial planning within a supply chain context. Perform financial planning and analysis functions to support supply chain operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Analyze data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement within the supply chain.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial models that align with supply chain strategies.
Prepare and present reports on financial performance, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
Identify risks and opportunities in supply chain performance and propose actionable solutions.
Utilize advanced analytical tools and software to streamline reporting processes and improve accuracy.
Leverage financial software and systems to gather and analyze supply chain data effectively.
Engage with stakeholders across supply chain, finance, and operations to ensure alignment on financial objectives.
Implement best practices in financial analysis to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop dashboards and visualizations to track key performance indicators and financial metrics.
Provide training and support to team members on financial procedures and tools.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, particularly within a supply chain context.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP systems preferred.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
