Financial Controller (Work From Home)

10:00 PM to 7:00 AM PH Time Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown: We are seeking a Financial Controller who combines deep financial expertise with a modern, tech‑driven mindset.

This role will lead all aspects of financial management, including accounting, reporting, and strategic planning, across a diverse portfolio encompassing real estate development, property management, construction, hospitality, and nonprofit entities.

The ideal candidate is both AI native and process‑oriented, capable of leveraging technology to automate workflows, enhance financial visibility, and support data‑informed decision‑making.

This individual will play a key role in ensuring financial discipline and supporting the organization's mission of regenerative placemaking and sustainable development.

What You’ll Do

Oversee financial operations, including general accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Develop and implement AI‑driven financial systems and automation tools to streamline accounting workflows.

Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax laws, and audit requirements across multiple entities.

Manage construction and real estate accounting, including cost tracking, project‑based reporting, and cash flow analysis.

Supervise and optimize AR/AP processes, ensuring timely billing, collections, vendor payments, and reconciliation.

Support strategic planning and capital allocation decisions with data‑backed insights.

Lead and mentor accounting staff to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and operational efficiency.

Collaborate closely with leadership to align financial practices with organizational goals and sustainability values.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification strongly preferred.

7+ years of progressive experience in accounting or financial management, with exposure to real estate, construction, or nonprofit sectors.

Demonstrated experience implementing AI tools and accounting automation software (e.g., Yardi, QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, Xero, or similar).

Strong understanding of project accounting, fund accounting, and multi‑entity consolidations.

Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and strategic foresight.

Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.

Strategic mindset with operational precision.
