A leading global food and beverage company in Mexico City is seeking an FP&A Analyst to develop finance reports for Latin America. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or finance and have advanced Excel skills. Experience with Power Query, VBA, and Power BI is preferred, along with intermediate or advanced English proficiency. Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or finance required.
  • Expertise in advanced Excel necessary.

  • Understanding of P&L lines and drivers is essential.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

The FP&A Analyst is responsible for learning about various Latin American FP&A and Category Finance reports and processes in preparation for taking on one of those roles in the near future. While working as buffer staff in the company, the employee is expected to leverage peers' business and technical knowledge to ensure the right capabilities are developed. The previous point is designed to prepare people taking on new operating roles as thoroughly as possible and minimize business disruptions. The position interacts with finance and other areas depending on assigned activities.

Your Impact
  • Deliver a world‑class service to Global Finance clients according to SLA’s.
  • Consolidate and validate topline or P&L reports for a country in LatAm.
  • Work closely with local Finance and Mexico Capability Center teams on defining weekly/monthly priorities
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, economics, or finance. Advanced Excel
  • Desired experience with Power Query, VBA and Power BI tools
  • Language: English intermediate or advanced
  • Understanding of P&L lines and their drivers
  • Desired language: Portuguese
