Compensation

*This range reflects Carestream’s good faith estimate to pay fairly as a starting wage. Offers will be tailored based on the candidate’s experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, and other relevant factors during the interview process, considering geographic market differentials.

Position Summary:

The Finance Manager in the Consumables organization will be responsible for Contract Manufacturing finance, global Engineering financial reporting, and Operations functions. Responsibilities include monthly reporting, forecasting, and budgeting. The role reports to the Director of Operations Finance and involves cross-functional collaboration across the organization. It will also include managing direct reports.

Position Responsibilities:

• Finance management for Contract Manufacturing, Global Engineering, and Operations functions.
• Monthly volume, revenue, and margin reporting for Contract Manufacturing.
• Preparation of monthly reports on Contract Manufacturing volumes and variances versus forecast.
• Annual planning and forecasting for Contract Manufacturing and Engineering.
• Preparation and review of business cases for new opportunities or customer contract changes.
• Cross-functional collaboration with finance, engineering, and manufacturing teams.
• Monthly financial reporting for engineering projects and cost centers.
• Business case development for new engineering projects.
• Monthly reporting and budget consolidation for Business units SG&A.
• Management of Power BI financial reports.
• Management of the business unit’s consolidated management reporting process.
• Management of Contract Manufacturing and Engineering master data.
• Financial responsibilities across Operations functions.

Required Skills & Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• 8+ years of experience in finance analysis and forecasting.
• Strong analytical skills and self-motivation.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, data analytics, and architecture.
• Experience with data queries and collaborating with global teams.
• Ability to manage relationships with senior leaders.
• Leadership skills to guide teams in achieving business goals.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).

Desired Skills:

• SAP experience.
• Over 2 years of managerial experience.
• Master’s degree (preferred).
• Power BI experience.
