A global technology service provider is seeking a Field Services Technician in Ciudad de México to integrate various systems solutions. Overview

We are currently seeking a Field Services Technician to join our team in CDMX Coyoacan - Tlalpan, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).

Responsibilities
  • On-site integration of company and multi-vendor systems solutions, which may include hardware, software and networking products as well as operating systems.
  • On-site and/or remote installation, implementation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting and/or repair of desktops, notebooks, printers, and associated peripherals.
  • Serves as company liaison with client on administrative and technical matters. Interprets clients’ needs and clarifies if the responsibility for problem resolution falls to sales personnel, client support representatives or engineers.
  • Performs troubleshooting, parts replacement, system upgrades, basic deployment, and repair on desktops / notebooks / printers.
  • Identifies potential issues that could adversely impact end user experience and takes corrective action.
  • Significant travel including overnight domestic or international trips may be required.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent. Undergraduate degree or some college coursework preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating system environment.
  • Solid client service skills.
  • A+ desktop or equivalent skill set is required; additional certifications for various hardware platforms may be required.
  • Ability to physically perform general office requirements.
  • Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
