A global integrated manufacturing solutions provider in Mexico is seeking a proactive individual with a background in electronic engineering or mechatronics. This role involves leading projects, supervising technicians, analyzing capacity for new products, and deep engagement with technical issues. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of optical networks and experience with telecommunications projects while demonstrating strong analytical skills and proficiency in English.

Formación

• Requires relevant electronic engineering or mechatronics degree.
• Proficiency in English to understand documentation and participate in meetings.
• Experience with electronic repair processes and telecommunications projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead projects, participate in NPI, and analyze capacity.
• Supervise technicians and engage in improvement projects like Kaizen.
• Communicate with customers regarding technical issues and perform debugging.

Conocimientos

Basic understanding of English (70% minimum)

Knowledge in optical fibers

Solderability process

Medium or high level of Excel or Google Sheets

Handling of measuring equipment (Multimeter, Oscilloscope)

Education & Qualifications

• Electronic Engineering, Mecatronics or related field
• English 85%
• Electronics processes, Radio Frequency, Optical Networks and quality knowledge

Experience

Experience in electronic repair processes, telecommunications projects.

Technical & Analytical Skills

Basic understanding of English to read and understand the technical documentation provided and participate in conferences. (English 70% as minimum). Balance and capacity analysis, Knowledge in optical fibers, solderability process, medium or high level of excel or google sheet, necessary knowledge in handling of measuring equipment, (Multimeter, Oscilloscope, LCR, Spectrum Analyzer), fault definition method.

Responsibilities

• Leader, proactive, work under pressure, team work, high level of analysis, schedule availability.
• Project leader, participate on NPI, capacity analysis, supervisor of technicians, participate on CIT´s meeting, participate on improvement projects (Kaizen, 6sigma), contact to the customer for technical issues, critical debug of high aging units, debug of highly complex products or critics for their low yield, daily internal communication to the work groups, generation of FAR for case documentation, support for diagnostic technicians.
