A leading stationery and consumer goods company in Veracruz seeks a Supply Planner to manage weekly production planning and optimize inventory levels. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree and two years of experience in supply planning, alongside strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Fluent English is a must. This role offers a chance to make significant contributions to production processes and ongoing improvements within a dynamic global team.

Formación

• Master's degree in Supply Planning or equivalent with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in English with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage conflict.

Responsabilidades

• Build weekly production planning in collaboration with Factory scheduling team.
• Prepare and control S&OP files and participate in factory decisions.
• Monitor and optimize finished goods inventory level.

Job Description

• Build the weekly production planning in strong collaboration / negotiation with the Factory scheduling team and customers
• Build the shipment plan of the factory to the customers (first continent DC / Hub, distributors or other plants)
• Prepare and control S&OP files and participate actively to factory MPP decision process
• Monitor and optimize finished goods inventory level and health at Group level in collaboration with internal customers
• Anticipate, communicate and bring solutions for products shortages
• Challenge current processes and suggest improvements and simplification

Qualifications

• Education / Experience : Master's degree with 2 years of Experience in Supply Planning
• Fluent in English
• Strong Problem-solving / Analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills and team spirit required to be able to coordinate conflicting objectives and interact with people from different backgrounds
• Ability to prioritize and work autonomously
• Ability to keep a cold head under pressure and to step back (helicopter view)
• Comfortable and rigourous with figures and systems (JDA / JDE / Excel / Cognos)
