A global aerospace and defense company in Tijuana seeks a Facility Manager to oversee infrastructure projects and improve facility operations. The ideal candidate has a degree in engineering, at least 5 years of facilities management experience, and strong bilingual communication skills. Responsibilities include managing facility upgrades, leading maintenance support for projects, and ensuring compliance with audits. A PMP certification and HVAC design knowledge are preferred.

Formación

• Ability to travel (up to 50%) is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management.
• Professional certification in HVAC and/or extraction systems preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Improve facility layouts using lean manufacturing principles.
• Oversee and manage upgrades to facility infrastructure.
• Lead maintenance support for manufacturing product transfer projects.
