A community health services provider is looking for passionate Support Workers to provide care and assistance to clients in their homes. You will support clients with personal care, daily tasks, and grocery shopping while building meaningful relationships. Ideal candidates will hold Cert III in Individual Support or Aged Care and have a genuine desire to help others. This part-time role includes flexible working hours and competitive pay rates, along with benefits such as travel allowances and professional development opportunities.

Formación

• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle required.
• First Aid/CPR certification needed.
• NDIS worker screening check or willing to obtain.

What a Day Can Look Like

Start the day with personal care and medication support for a client.

Next, assist another with domestic tasks like vacuuming, mopping, or preparing a meal.

In the afternoon, head out grocery shopping with a client—sharing stories, laughs, and helping them stay independent.

No two days are the same, but each one is meaningful.

What You'll Bring

• Passion for helping others
• Cert III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or working towards it
• Driver’s licence, reliable vehicle, First Aid/CPR, WWCC
• Confidence using smartphones/tablets
• NDIS worker screening check OR National police check (or willing to obtain if you do not currently have either)

• $0.99/km travel allowance + mobile allowance
• Flexible part-time hours (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Mon–Sun)
