A global consumer goods company is seeking an Exports Analyst for its Cuernavaca plant. The role involves coordinating export operations across North America, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, and identifying process improvements. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in International Trade or a related field and at least 2 years of experience in export operations. Proficiency in English and ERP systems is required. This full-time position does not provide relocation assistance.

Formación

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute export operations from origin to destination.
  • Manage documentation for export processes in line with customs regulations.

  • Track and analyze KPIs related to transit times and costs.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with NAFTA/USMCA and other trade agreements.

JOB PURPOSE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute export operations from origin to destination, ensuring compliance with timelines, costs, and quality standards.
  • Manage documentation for export processes (invoices, certificates, permits) in line with customs and trade regulations.
  • Monitor logistics flows and proactively resolve issues to guarantee on-time delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (production, warehouse, procurement) and external partners to ensure seamless operations.
  • Track and analyze KPIs related to transit times, costs, and supplier performance.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce risks.
  • Ensure compliance with NAFTA/USMCA and other regional trade agreements.
  • Support audits and maintain accurate records for regulatory purposes.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in export operations or international logistics.
  • Advanced English (written and spoken).
  • Strong knowledge of customs regulations and export documentation.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in FMCG or manufacturing industry.
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Analytical skills for continuous improvement initiatives.
