We are seeking a talented individual to join our Global Executive Search team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Mexico City offices. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Reporting to the Global Executive Search Team Leader, Executive Assistant providing support to the HR team, will collaborate with internal stakeholders to create and manage talent research reports, provide scheduling and sourcing support for a broad range of senior executive level roles.

We will count on you to:
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate recruitment processes.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team.
  • Prepare and maintain internal reports and documentation.
  • Collaborate with local and international teams.
  • Assist with sourcing and candidate search activities.
What you need to have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience as a Human Resources assistant
  • Advanced English (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
