A real estate support service is seeking an Executive Assistant to coordinate daily tasks and manage client communications. This remote position requires strong bilingual skills in English and Spanish, along with at least 2 years of experience in administrative roles. The assistant will handle property documentation, client follow-ups, and marketing efforts, ensuring smooth business operations. We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to support a Real Estate Broker with daily coordination, client communication, and administrative management.
This role goes beyond scheduling, the assistant will help organize listings, handle follow-ups with clients and partners, manage property documentation, and support overall business operations to ensure smooth day-to-day performance.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, organized and strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.
The position involves 8 hours per week, distributed on Mondays and Thursdays, with the possibility of increasing hours and days based on performance and business needs.
