Overview

Our consulting services emphasize analytics enablement, data visualization, data preparation, and data science. We specialize in Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, Alteryx, KNIME, Power Platform, and Snowflake.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on project‑based consulting engagements; help clients develop analytical requirements through prototyping and visualization.
• Manage client expectations by leading weekly status reports and proactively soliciting feedback through working sessions.
• Create reporting and data‑visualization solutions.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and tune product performance or deployment issues when required.
• Support or assist with backlog support and development.
• Identify and recommend functionality and solutions to meet and enhance user requirements.
• Recommend best practices to optimize data models, reports, and overall platform architecture.

Required Experience

• 7+ years of relevant experience and/or demonstrated expertise in data analytics and visualization platforms in an enterprise environment.
• 3+ years of external consulting experience.
• Expertise in data visualization and data modeling with Power BI.
• Power BI Service administration experience, including security roles and infrastructure setup.
• Expertise in DAX and Power Query.
• Demonstrated expertise in data fluency and communication to business users.
• Knowledge of SQL in a data‑warehouse context; preference for Snowflake.
• Exceptional customer‑facing skills, including outstanding communication and project‑management skills.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a passion for learning and mastering new technologies, techniques, and procedures.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience scaling Power BI at an enterprise level.
• Previous experience leading teams of consultants to ensure performance, utilization, and project delivery.
• Data‑preparation experience using Alteryx or KNIME (or similar tools such as Matillion, Dataiku, or Coalesce).
