Formación

• 8+ years of experience in software development.
• 3+ years of experience directly managing engineers.
• Strong experience with containerized microservices.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the technical backlog and prioritize tasks for the squad.
• Collaborate with product managers to refine the roadmap.
• Lead technical discussions and provide strategic direction.
