We are looking for an Electrical and Automation Engineer to support manufacturing execution systems (MES), electricity, or automation activities in line with corporate guidelines. The role involves ensuring that MES-E&A activities enhance business objectives, product quality, and plant performance, while prioritizing safety, product safety, and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support and monitor capital investments from planning to implementation, ensuring technical soundness, cost-effectiveness, and resource alignment, including CQV activities.
2. Ensure process and equipment safety for personnel, products, and the environment, fostering a safety-first attitude.
3. Manage changes to solutions and ensure compliance with MES-E&A legislation and standards.
4. Support MES-E&A engineers in mastering processes and products to support innovation, renovation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
5. Ensure adherence to engineering tools and participate in safety, health, environment, and quality assessments.
6. Monitor MES-E&A impact on factory efficiency and performance.
7. Execute market strategies for MES, electricity, and automation aligned with corporate standards and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills

1. Minimum 2 years in automation or MES engineering with electrical experience.
2. Experience supervising technical teams, contractors, or third parties.
3. Participation in engineering projects across multiple disciplines, including electrical and automation technologies.
4. Experience with equipment start-up and production line commissioning.
5. Self-management skills with clear KPIs/Objectives and proactive tracking.
6. Exposure to TPM, preventive maintenance, or maintenance execution is a plus.
7. Knowledge of HMI/SCADA systems, PLC programming is advantageous.
