Formación

• Candidate must have a Bachelor's of Science in Technical area or equivalent.
• Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Must be a commutable distance to the Mexico City office.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure delivery of contracts according to warranty.
• Plan and manage Field Service operations.
• Secure quality of claim resolution process.
• Support customer issue resolution.
• Achieve targets for Customer Satisfaction.
• Monitor and engage in agreement management activities.

Conocimientos

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Excellent working knowledge of SAP

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Asana familiarity
