The ideal candidate will possess a degree in engineering and over 5 years of experience in automotive systems. Formación

  • 5+ years of professional experience in Engineering or Automotive electrical systems analysis.
  • At least 2 years of experience in project or team leadership roles.
  • Business fluent in English.

What awaits you?

You will manage the complex integration of software (I-levels) and electronic changes, ensuring quality and functional maturity of the High Voltage Battery.

  • Take steering responsibility for integrating I-levels (software builds) and managing ongoing Electronic Control Unit changes within the scope of the Battery Module Production Center.
  • Lead the planning of validation scopes and functional software testing for the High Voltage Battery, aligning with function maturity and software availability timelines.
  • Drive requirements towards the Internal Steering Function for all plant-related needs concerning software logistics and E/E parts availability.
  • Lead plant-specific flashing activities and the implementation of I-levels, strictly adhering to quality standards and production Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage the local team through the Change Integration Team meetings, providing functional leadership and coordinating schedules in line with project decisions.
  • Oversee root‑cause analyses and ensure proper documentation of all E/E issues, including defect reporting in problem‑solving systems.
  • Represent the Battery Module Production Center as the software content expert within global plant‑network teams, the Change Control Board, and specialized integration forums.
  • Drive continuous improvements in processes, methods, tools, and systems within your area of responsibility.
  • Facilitate plant‑wide quality processes and collaborate with internal and external partners to validate the effectiveness of supplier solutions and new software designs.
What should you bring along?

We are seeking a professional with a strong technical foundation, leadership skills, and advanced problem‑solving abilities in automotive electronics.

  • Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, or Automotive preferred) or an international equivalent.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in Engineering, Product Development, or Automotive electrical systems analysis/IT.
  • At least 2 years of experience in project or team leadership roles.
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of quality methods such as FMEA and Risk Management, with demonstrated capability to manage uncertainty and conduct complex negotiations.
  • Advanced proficiency (3+ years) in analytical writing, presentation skills, and MS Office tools.
  • Business fluent in English.
