A leading automation company in Monterrey seeks a Detail-Oriented Data Management Specialist. You will collect and update crucial information on our website and improve data quality, requiring proficiency in the Office suite and Adobe Photoshop. Strong organizational skills and an intermediate command of English are essential. Experience with ecommerce platforms like Shopify or Magento is a plus. This flexible role can be performed remotely, offering a chance to enhance your skills while contributing to our client's success.

Formación

• Proficiency with the Office suite, especially Excel.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop or equivalent software.
• Intermediate English skills, both written and spoken.

• Edit images using Adobe Photoshop or equivalent software
• Analyze and improve the overall quality of the data
• Communicate with team members to gather and generate the needed data

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Office suite, including strong skills with Excel
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop or other similar software
• Strong organization skills
• Good attention to detail
• Intermediate written and spoken English
• Experience with Salesforce or an ecommerce platform such as Shopify, Magento, etc.

An asset

• Knowledge of any ERP system – an asset
• Experience with data cleaning and analysis – an asset
