Job Title: Senior Developer

Job Overview

We are looking for aFull Stack Developerto join ourData Management & Governanceteam, with a focus onData Privacy. This role involves designing and developing secure, scalable applications that support enterprise-wide Data and Privacy compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong experience inJava,Spring Boot,frontend technologies, andData Privacy tools/applications with an understanding ofprivacy-by-designprinciples and Data Privacy regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate withData Governance,Legal, andSecurityteams to ensure compliance with global privacy regulations
• Design & develop robust backend systems using Java & Spring Boot
• Build & maintain microservices & RESTful APIs
• Write & maintain unit & integration tests using JUnit &Mockito
• Implement messaging solutions using Kafka for real-time data processing
• Participate in code reviews & ensure adherence to coding standards
• Manage CI/CD pipelines using GitLab for automated deployments
• Conduct code reviews with a focus onsecurity,privacy, andcompliance
• Optimize application performance & troubleshoot production issues

Must-Have Skills:

Qualifications:

• For NAM: Undergrad or Grad in STEM
• For India: Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engg, or related field
• Strong problem-solving & analytical skills
• Excellent communication & teamwork abilities
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments is a plus
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations is a plus
