Descripción de la vacante

A leading automotive company in Mexico City is seeking a District Sales Manager. The role requires acting as a liaison between the company and dealerships, ensuring sales goals are met. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Business and at least 3 years of experience. Fluency in English and the ability to travel are also required. This position provides a company vehicle upon successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Report review.

Formación

  • 3+ years of experience with dealers in a managerial capacity.
  • Fluency in English required for communication.
  • Availability to travel as needed.

Responsabilidades

  • Act as a liaison between GM and its dealerships.
  • Facilitate mentoring to ensure sales and service objectives are met.
  • Analyze dealer sales and market opportunities to increase revenue.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between GM, its dealerships, or IAM stores
  • Facilitating mentoring and consulting to ensure monthly / yearly sales and service objectives are met
  • Track Net Promoter Score (NPS) or other customer feedback resources to identify and address deficiencies or opportunities
  • Assist in product launches to ensure streamlined marketing and advertising between dealer, IAMs and GM
  • Build and manage relationships
  • Monitor personnel training and ensure compliance with GM requirements/objectives
  • Assist with inventory management, including vehicle and or parts ordering and inventory balancing
  • Analyze dealer sales, local market, and competition to identify revenue opportunities
  • Increase sales of GM vehicles and parts to its customers
  • Assist in customer problem resolution

Performs other related duties as assigned
