A cloud-native services company is seeking a Director, AI/ML Practice Leader to oversee a team of ML engineers and drive practice strategy and technical innovation. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of consulting experience, specifically in AI/ML practices, and will work closely with AWS to deliver complex solutions. This role is fully remote, emphasizing a collaborative corporate culture and the importance of diversity among team members.

Director, AI/ML Practice Leader. You will lead a 50‑100 team of ML engineers, architects, and consultants to deliver cutting‑edge AI/ML solutions on AWS. You will drive practice strategy, technical innovation, and operational excellence, while building high‑value partnerships with AWS and scaling the practice for growth.
This role demands a leader who is as comfortable shaping consulting offerings and go‑to‑market initiatives as they are diving deep into the technical stack to guide solution architecture, MLOps strategy, and large‑scale ML deployments.
