A leading automotive company located in Saltillo, Mexico is seeking a Dimensional Supplier Compliance Lead. The ideal candidate will have an engineering degree and familiarity with automotive manufacturing processes. Responsibilities include managing supplier quality reviews, leading training on compliance processes, and ensuring data completeness for customer systems. This role requires a detail-oriented individual capable of performing root cause analysis and knowledge of quality tools and dimensional control concepts.

Formación

• Full-time availability on-site is required.
• Basic knowledge of dimensional control concepts is ideal.
• Knowledge of APQP, data analysis, and checking gauges is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Manage SSCD conformity dashboard and data submission.
• Propose supplier escalations based on business criteria.
• Lead supplier quality reviews.
• Manage tolerance derogation process.

DIMENSIONAL SUPPLIER COMPLIANCE LEAD

Basic knowledge of dimensional control concepts (GD&T, tolerance stackup, build objectives)

Ability to perform structured root cause analysis

Purpose of the Role

Responsible for compliance convergence of BCIM strategic parts (including dimensional, appearance, functional)

Validation of APQP/PPAP deliverables during launch phase

Lead and train suppliers on conformity and compliance processes
