You will be responsible for leading initiatives across multiple locations and overseeing the digital asset management process. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential, with communication skills required to maintain transparency and clarity in interactions. This full-time role is on-site in Mexico, with an emphasis on proactive problem-solving and multitasking across diverse projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a remote team across multiple locations (Mexico and Mumbai), ensuring efficient coordination, collaboration, and alignment on all brand asset-related initiatives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, proactively managing relationships and maintaining open, transparent communication at all times.
• Oversee the digital asset management process, ensuring assets are well-organized, easily accessible, and up-to-date (experience in digital asset management is a plus, but not required).
• Communicate with cross-functional teams, ensuring that all relevant information is shared clearly and comprehensively, with a focus on reducing the need for follow-up inquiries.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing deadlines and client needs with a high degree of professionalism and efficiency.
• Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders, ensuring smooth information flow and decision-making.

Key Qualifications

• Client-facing experience is essential, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) and Spanish (spoken and written); proficiency in Portuguese is a bonus.
• Strong communication skills, with a natural ability to over-communicate and ensure clarity of information, reducing the need for follow-up.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to take initiative, solve problems, and anticipate client needs before they arise.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, effectively managing remote collaboration with team members in different time zones.
• Experience in multitasking and managing multiple priorities, while ensuring the highest quality and timeliness of deliverables.
• Digital Asset Management experience is preferred but not essential; an understanding of best practices in asset organization and storage is a plus.
