A leading beauty industry firm in Mexico City is seeking an experienced digital strategist with over 8 years in e-commerce to define and execute digital strategies. The role involves managing digital presence across various channels, leading external agency collaborations, and ensuring alignment with global strategies. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree related to marketing or engineering and possesses strong team management skills. Conversational English is preferred, and a passion for the beauty sector is a plus.

Formación

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in creating e-commerce strategy and managing teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Commercial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
  • Conversational English language skills.

The Opportunity

Define digital strategy (Marketplaces, e-tailing & DTC), according to the Global strategies and local market necessities; working in collaboration with Marketing and Commercial teams to boost our participation in the digital environment of beauty industry.

What you´ll get to do
  • Design, build, and maintain our digital presence through different channels, in accordance with the Global guidelines and Global and Local Objectives.
  • Implement digital campaigns, managing all HQ materials and approvals: marketplaces, e-tailing and DTC.
  • Lead and act as a key contact with an external agency, providing feedback and challenging the media agency's proposals.
  • Provide feedback and challenge to HQ and LATAM on global digital guidelines and strategies when applied to the local market, taking input from the local Marketing & Commercial strategy.
  • Responsible for sharing the complete digital strategy to ensure everyone is aligned.
  • Generate and share best practices in the digital environment for beauty brands.
  • Develop digital capabilities across the organization, ensuring the local market is aware of digital trends.
