The Role:
We are seeking a talented and creative Communications Lead with a strong design background to join our team.
The ideal candidate will bring 10-15+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or design, with a strong emphasis on visual communication and brand storytelling. This role requires a proactive individual capable of developing strategic communication initiatives and managing the brand's visual identity across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communication Strategy & Content Development
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive communication strategies to support organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input, define communication objectives, and develop creative concepts.
- Draft and design visual communication materials, including presentations, marketing assets, infographics, and web/social media content.
- Produce multimedia content such as videos, animations, and interactive presentations.
- Brand Identity & Design
- Manage the organization’s visual brand identity, including logo usage, templates, and brand guidelines.
- Ensure consistency and alignment with brand values across all communication materials.
- Enhance visual storytelling and reinforce messaging through impactful design.
- Project & Campaign Management
- Lead and execute visual campaigns across various channels including print, digital, and social media.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver high-quality design assets.
- Oversee timelines, resource allocation, and creative approvals to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitoring and Optimization
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze campaign effectiveness.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improvement using data-driven strategies.
- Stay current with design and communication trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- 10 -15+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or design with a strong portfolio of visual content.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
- Strong storytelling, writing, and editing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in brand strategy, positioning, and visual identity design.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Adobe Certified Associate, HubSpot Content Marketing).
