The ideal candidate will have a medical degree and 5+ years of clinical dermatology experience, along with strong English fluency. This role focuses on image annotation and improving AI model performance. Compensation is between $75–$80 per hour, and applications are reviewed daily.

Position: Dermatologist

Type: Contract

Compensation: $75–$80 / hour

Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Review high-resolution clinical images of skin lesions and accurately identify dermatological conditions.
• Label and annotate images with key medical attributes, including lesion color, shape, and distribution.
• Ensure labeling accuracy, consistency, and adherence to medical and project standards.
• Provide clinical insight to improve model understanding and classification of dermatological presentations.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with active, unrestricted medical license in Mexico.
• Minimum of 5 years post-residency clinical dermatology experience (practicing or previously practiced).
• Strong ability to identify and describe dermatological conditions using precise medical terminology.
• English fluency required.

Preferred

• Prior experience with image annotation or medical education.
