Opportunity Overview

We're seeking a Demand Planner and Regional Hub Coordinator to lead demand planning and synchronize supply chain operations across Latin America distributor markets. This role is vital in ensuring we meet regional demand while driving efficiency and compliance in our supply chain operations.

As our Demand Planner and Regional Hub Coordinator you will play a critical role in driving the demand planning process and ensuring seamless coordination of regional hub operations to meet the market demands of distributor‑led regions in Latin America.

This position involves working closely with commercial teams to capture and address market risks and opportunities while synchronizing supply chain activities to ensure compliance and efficiency.

You will join the Supply Network Organization (SNO) regional team responsible for the Intercontinental region, located in Singapore, Jordan, Denmark, Switzerland and Mexico.

The SNO Intercontinental team is part of the Supply Network Operations (SNO) organization, and this role reports into the SNO Regional Head Intercontinental.

The Demand Planner and Regional Hub Coordinator will have close collaboration with other functions in SNO, as well as other functions within Global Technical Operations and Commercial Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Your day at Ferring- Coordinate the demand forecast (DFC) process within the region and ensure central systems (e.g., Kinaxis Rapid Response) are updated with a 24‑month forecast horizon.

  • Work closely with distributors to ensure forecast accuracy and adherence to regulatory guidelines for market compliance.
  • Develop and manage regional hub replenishment forecasts to meet regional demand while balancing supply chain synchronization.
  • Oversee seamless execution of short‑term delivery plans (0‑3 months) for the regional hub and final customers, ensuring timely fulfillment.
  • Act as a liaison between internal operations, commercial partners, and external customers to align on operational and commercial objectives.
  • Support the commercial team by preparing short‑term reporting (mid and end‑month sales) and aligning mid / long‑term plans with commercial targets.
  • Oversee all aspects of supply chain operations related to the regional hub, including portfolio and pricing maintenance, distribution agreements, local S&OP reviews, stock reconciliation, provisioning, and deviation management.
Qualifications
  • Behind our Mission There's you - Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as engineering; advanced degree preferred.
  • 3‑5 years in supply chain operations (demand or supply planning, customer‑facing roles).
  • Experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry is a strong plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of office software, ERP systems, and planning tools (preferably SAP and Kinaxis Rapid Response).
  • Strong understanding of logistics and distribution processes.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities to assess demand and supply variables effectively.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance.
  • Professional proficiency in business English and Spanish.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage uncertainty effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities to handle multiple priorities independently.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage cross‑functional teams in a matrix environment.
