Ideal candidates have 2+ years of experience in data analysis or data science, proficiency in SQL, and a strong sense of ownership. About the Role

As an Experimentation & Analytics Analyst, your main objective is to own the end-to-end process of hypothesis → implementation. You will achieve this through a combination of planning, experimentation, cross-functional collaboration, and most importantly by leveraging a data-driven mindset. You will impact the business on a weekly basis, shipping initiatives to drive revenue or growth or both. You will have a direct impact on Rappi’s global targets achievement.

Responsibilities

1. Experimentation & Execution: Own end-to-end execution of analytical projects (usually AB Tests) from ideation to execution and implementation at scale. Design, execute, track KPIs, define data-driven recommendations, and assist product and business teams in scaling outcomes to bring the desired impact.
2. Planning: Build and track execution of quarterly plan. Build business cases of initiatives and define quarterly OKRs. Create and update weekly targets tracker and make sure we hit it.
3. Cross-team functional collaboration: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders such as regional leaders and product teams to make data-driven decisions. Provide robust documentation to describe rationale and communicate key messages clearly to inform decision making.
4. Analytics: Learn analytics tools and provide key insights. Work with automation tools (mainly SQL) and improve skills. Gather insights to define biggest opportunities to focus on and build data-visualization reports.

Key Requirements

1. Desired work experience: 2+ years.
2. Work experience as a data analyst or data scientist.
3. Background in making data-backed decisions.
4. Experience in the use of SQL.
5. Strong sense of ownership and bias to action.

Desired Requirements

1. Open to any professional paths; ideally entrepreneurial background.
2. Work experience as a data scientist.
3. Experience with experimentation, specifically A/B testing, is a plus.
4. Experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI and/or Tableau) is a plus.
5. Python/R or any other statistical language is a plus.
6. Intermediate English.
