A growing technology solutions company in Guadalajara is seeking a Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries and complaints while maintaining positive relationships. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of experience in data entry or customer service and strong communication skills in English. This is an onsite position with potential for growth in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively while maintaining positive relationships with clients.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, including inquiries, complaints, and comments.
  • Participate in training and development sessions to improve customer interaction skills.
  • Complete individual tasks as assigned within set deadlines.
Potential Roles:
  • Case Manager: Manage legal cases, ensuring effective communication and compliance throughout the process.
  • Intake Specialist: Handle inbound calls, emails, and inquiries from potential clients, conducting initial consultations.
  • Medical Records Requestor: Request and obtain medical records via designated vendors.
  • Data Entry Specialist: Input and update data accurately in our systems, maintaining confidentiality.
Minimum Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in data entry or customer service.
  • Digitization skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to complete tasks quickly and accurately.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PDF Adobe.
  • Good oral and written English communication skills (B2 level).
  • Willingness to work fully onsite.
