This fully remote role based in Mexico involves screening new seller applications, communicating with prospective sellers, and conducting outbound calls to convert qualified sellers. Formación

The Opportunity

As a Seller Onboarding Representative, you will be responsible for screening new seller applications against the criteria matrix, communicating with prospective sellers about application inquiries, conducting outbound phone calls to convert qualified sellers, and providing feedback to improve the seller onboarding process.

Responsibilities
  • Review inbound seller applications for completeness and quality as determined by the approval Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
  • Respond to seller application status inquiries across email inbox and internal ticketing system
  • Perform outbound calls to convert applicants into active sellers
  • Thoughtfully and courteously respond to all questions and issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Track and record issues and data to inform the company of problems and requests for improvements
  • Contribute to the SOPs to enhance overall team efficiency
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new knowledge so you can provide the highest level of service
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • A reliable computer, smart phone and high-speed internet connection
  • Excellent American English reading, writing and speaking skills
  • Practical experience in summarizing and optimizing SOPs
  • 3+ years of customer service experience and ability to handle multiple customer issues simultaneously
  • Team player who works well with others
  • Strong learning ability and initiative
  • Native English speaking, writing and listening skills
  • Experience working for e-commerce or technology platforms
  • Time spent living in the US preferred
Your Location

This position is fully remote, and candidate must be based in Mexico

Compensation

The hourly compensation range for this role is $8 / hr USD. This is an independent contractor role. Shifts will vary, but will generally fall between 8AM-8PM ET, and will include a Saturday or a Sunday.
