We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic remote team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. You will build strong, lasting relationships through clear communication and attentive service, while maintaining accurate records and following established procedures. Accountabilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and instant messaging.
  • Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customer accounts through professional and open communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, update accounts, and handle necessary documentation.
  • Follow established communication protocols, guidelines, and policies.
  • Proactively engage customers to ensure a positive experience.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as needed to support team objectives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-year proven experience as a Customer Service Representative in B2C or B2B environments.
  • Strong English communication skills (B2 level or higher) both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in phone, email, and instant messaging communications.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable using current technologies including CRM systems, VoIP, cloud services, and desktop sharing.
  • Familiarity with word-processing software, spreadsheets, and online calendars (e.g., MS Office, Google Calendar).
  • Tech-savvy, proactive, confident, and attentive to details.
  • Ability to work with required technical setup: USB headset with noise cancellation, webcam, computer (1.8 GHz processor, 4GB RAM), and stable internet connections (primary 25 Mbps, backup 10 Mbps).
