A leading logistics provider based in Mexico is seeking an Analyst to manage client services, analyze data for trends, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires creating reports for decision-making, managing shipments, and ensuring inventory reliability. Candidates should hold a relevant Bachelor's degree and have at least two years of experience in inventory and shipment control. Basic English skills are necessary. Manage the services requested by the client, ensuring that they are efficient, effective and aligned with business objectives.
Analyzing the collected data to identify trends to provide an answer and solution for customer satisfaction.
Data Analysis of our Wits system, cross-referencing information with the client's system and databases provided by the client.
Ensure the timely submission of the reports requested by the client.
Creation of reports for decision-making and process improvements.
Plan, together with the operational area, the shipment of all export units and the management of the yard.
Attend meetings for platform pipeline planning
Follow-up to the control of EDI\'s (electronic data interchange) shipment in conjunction with the supervisor.
Attend Conferences Required by the supervisor.
Attend to Regular and Special Customer requirements by email, telephone-conference or in person.
Monitoring of the control of Campaigns and Arrests.
Validate information from the units that have been shipped by the FFCC team (reconciliation).
Guarantee the reliability of the inventory in conjunction with the supervisor.
Education: Bachelor\'s degree in economic-administrative areas, industrial engineering, bachelor\'s degree in computer science or related career.
Knowledge: Administrative computing, being related to information technologies, Office 365 packages, knowledge of Excel at basic/intermediate level (preferred).
Experience: 2 years minimum of experience as an analyst in inventory and shipment control.
Preferred knowledge in automotive logistics and supply chain.
Management of reports through Excel program.
Required Language: Basic English (Simple Conversation).
Availability to travel: Yes (preferred)
