A leading pharmaceutical company seeks a CRM Lifecycle Analyst based in Mexico. The candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing lifecycle programs across multiple LATAM markets. Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in business or related fields, 3-5 years of CRM and marketing automation experience, and proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Strong English skills are essential for collaborating with global teams. This is a full-time position that may require occasional travel.
CRM Lifecycle Analyst is responsible for designing, executing and optimizing lifecycle programs for different audiences, combining strategic thinking with technical and implementation skills.
The role will cover 6 LATAM markets (Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador and Peru) and collaborate with global teams.
It will integrate digital tools like CRM, and CMS to drive user acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and recovery.
