Candidates should have at least a year of experience and a solid understanding of Windows operating systems, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office. Formación

• Minimum 1 year experience in Command Center operations for reporting and follow-up on alerts.
• Ability to effectively evaluate situations and execute repetitive tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Report events from Monitoring tools to support areas.
• Maintain communication with Command Center staff for case follow-up.
• Execute tasks related to High, Low, Suspension, Reactivation of alerts.
• Execute actions for case follow-up based on Events process.
• Perform basic diagnostic activities.
