The Role

KAST is seeking an experienced and dynamic Country Manager to lead our crypto card product in Mexico.

This pivotal role requires an individual with a proven track record at a crypto exchange or crypto card product, someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of local market nuances.

As the local market owner, you will drive product localization, community growth, and domestic scaling.

This is a high-impact role where you\'ll shape strategy, navigate the regulatory landscape, and represent KAST as the face of our brand in your country.

What You\'ll Be Doing

• Community Building: Foster a strong and engaged local community around KAST\'s crypto card product.
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for the Mexico market, utilizing community engagement, paid marketing, referrals, and campaigns.
• Navigate Regulation: Understand the domestic regulatory landscape and ensure KAST operates effectively and compliantly.
• Local Product Development: Develop and execute a winning go-to-market strategy for Mexico, combining paid marketing, referrals, community engagement, and partnerships.
• Domestic Scaling: Drive significant growth in Monthly Active Users (MAU) and FIAT in/out volumes within the market.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team for local activation, leverage campaign and referral mechanisms, and collaborate with the product team to build features with high potential for success.
